Guidelines for submitting to the Isles Insider

The following types of posts are NOT appropriate for submitting to the Isles Insider and will likely be rejected by the operator:

1. Posts that contain discriminatory or offensive language or content, including but not limited to, hate speech, racism, sexism, or harassment.
2. Posts that are defamatory, slanderous, or libelous towards individuals, businesses, or organizations.
3. Posts that are fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, such as false advertising or scams.
4. Posts that promote illegal activities or products, including drugs, weapons, or other contraband.
5. Posts that contain explicit or graphic content, including nudity, pornography, or violence.
6. Posts that violate the privacy or confidentiality of individuals or organizations.
7. Posts that are unrelated to the Isles of Capri community or the purpose of the Isles Insider.

The Isles Insider operator reserves the right to review and reject any posts that violate these guidelines, or are deemed inappropriate for any other reason. The operator also reserves the right to remove any posts that have been published if they are later found to be in violation of these guidelines.

Policy and Disclaimer for Community Residents Submitting News to the Isles Insider

1. By submitting news to the Isles Insider, you agree to the following policy and disclaimer.
2. The Isles Insider is a voluntary, informal e-mail communication for the Isles of Capri community. Ideas and opinions expressed in submitted news are those of the contributors, not the Isles Insider operator.
3. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, and completeness of the news you submit to the Isles Insider. You represent and warrant that the news does not infringe any third-party rights, including but not limited to, copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
4. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Isles Insider operator and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with the news you submit to the Isles Insider.
5. You acknowledge and agree that the Isles Insider operator assumes no responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions in the news submitted to the Isles Insider.
   
6. You acknowledge and agree that the Isles Insider operator reserves the right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the news you submit to the Isles Insider, in whole or in part, in any media now known or hereafter developed, without further notice or compensation to you.
7. You acknowledge and agree that the Isles Insider operator is not responsible for the content of any news submitted to the Isles Insider by other community residents.
8. You acknowledge and agree that the Isles Insider operator is not responsible for any damages or losses, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Isles Insider.
9. You acknowledge and agree that the Isles Insider operator reserves the right to change, modify, or amend this policy and disclaimer at any time without notice.
